J & H Operations Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a cleaning company based in Manchester, UK. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@jandhoperations.co.uk.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the postcode or area of the property, and the details you give us about the property and your bookings. If you become a customer we also keep records of the work we do, including photo reports of your property and any access details you share with us.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a price (legitimate interests, and steps before entering a contract).
• To schedule and carry out cleans and send you reports (contract).
• To keep business, accounting and insurance records (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
• To send you occasional updates about our services, only if you have agreed (consent).

Who we share it with

Our cleaners, so they can carry out the work. Companies that provide our website, email, forms and scheduling software, who process data on our behalf under contract. Professional advisers and insurers where needed. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Customer records, including photo reports, are kept for six years after your last clean for accounting and insurance purposes.

We use essential cookies to make the site work. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
