About J & H Operations
A Manchester team that only does short-lets
J & H Operations cleans short-let and Airbnb properties for hosts and property managers across Manchester and the North West. Changeovers and deep cleans, done properly.
A note from Jawad
Why I started J & H
Short-let hosts don’t need another general cleaning company. They need someone who turns up in the gap between guests, follows the checklist every time, and tells them straight away when something’s wrong.
That’s the whole business. You deal with me directly, not a call centre. Wherever we can, the same cleaners look after your property, and every clean ends with photos so you never have to wonder how it was left.

How we work
What you can expect from us
Insured and vetted
Public liability insurance covers every clean, and every cleaner is reference-checked before their first job.
Honest about problems
If something's broken, stained or missing, you hear it from us the same day with photos, not from your next guest's review.
Easy to get hold of
One number, one inbox, Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. If a booking moves or a guest leaves early, tell us and we'll adjust.
Got a short-let that needs a reliable cleaner?
Tell us about the property and we’ll come back with a fixed price per clean and our next available dates.
