What's in a changeover clean
Bedrooms
- Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen
- Surfaces dusted, mirrors polished, floors hoovered
- Wardrobes and drawers checked for left items
Bathrooms
- Toilet, shower, bath and sink cleaned and dried
- Fresh towels out, toilet roll and toiletries topped up
Kitchen and living
- Washing up done, dishwasher emptied, hob and worktops wiped
- Fridge cleared of guest food, bins emptied and relined
- Tea, coffee and welcome basics restocked
Before we lock up
- Heating, windows and appliances set the way you want them
- Photos of every room sent to you, damage flagged

Pricing
One fixed price per clean
We price each property once, based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and what’s on your checklist. That’s the price for every changeover after that, weekday or weekend.
If a guest leaves the place in a real state and it needs more than a normal clean, we send you photos and agree any extra before we start.
How much notice do you need?
For regular changeovers, sharing your booking calendar is enough. For a one-off, 24 hours’ notice is ideal and we’ll always try to fit in short-notice jobs.
Can you do same-day turnarounds?
Yes. We need about three hours for a typical one or two-bed, a little longer for bigger properties.
Who supplies the linen and toiletries?
Most hosts keep their own linen and supplies at the property and we change and restock from those. If you’d rather we provided and laundered linen, tell us and we’ll price it in.
Do you restock consumables?
We top up whatever you keep in the property: toilet roll, bin bags, tea, coffee and toiletries. We’ll let you know when anything is running low.
